Refund / Exchange Cancellation Policy
All orders require a deposit of at least 50%, per signed estimate. Refunds are given only upon approval from nerd Design Group, inc. management for the inability to complete the order as quoted. It is at the descretion of the management to issue refunds. Cancellations of orders must be made withing 24 hours of acceptance of signed estimate.
